Whats the problem?

You either know it from experience or observation - being a young person is tough.

There is no more important time in life. Between the ages of 10 and 24 young people face unprecedented pressures, make life-altering decisions and experiment with risky behaviour.

We know many young people don’t make it through unscathed.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

  • 90% of Teens

  • 20% of teens

How's our programme different?

The Be Somebody 2 Someone programme is based on years of research and practical youth mentoring experience that identified four vital elements for young people’s lives – Connectedness, Mastery, Generosity and Independence.

Without them young people often fall off the rails. But with a mentor by their side, ensuring they discover these four vital elements we can help young people navigate their youth safely and become adults that contribute positively to the world.

The resources, training and support that make up Be Somebody 2 Someone programme are specifically designed to ensure our mentors are able to be that somebody young people need.
